How a Perry job actually runs

A live coordinator answers 24/7. We dispatch a certified crew and are typically on site within 60 minutes anywhere in the Salt Lake Valley.

Inspect & map moisture
Thermal imaging, moisture meters, and a written scope. You see the same readings, photos, and logs we send your insurance adjuster. No mystery line items.

Extract, contain, dry
Professional extraction and structural drying — air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers as the job needs. We monitor daily until wood and drywall hit dry standard.

Restore & close it out
Rebuild what is damaged. Protect what is not. Insurance jobs: we walk the claim end to end — moisture logs, dry logs, photos, and whatever else the carrier asks for. If you are paying yourself, the price is fair and in writing before we start.
What we measure
Moisture content in wood, relative humidity, grains per pound, and surface temperature. Equipment stays until those numbers — not the calendar — say the structure is dry. That is the difference between an IICRC dry-out and a room that “feels better.”
