Until we arrive

Stop the source if you can do it safely — shutoff valve, appliance, or breaker to a failed water heater.
Do not use the elevators or electrical if water is near panels or outlets. Call if you are unsure.
Move dry contents off wet floors. Do not roll wet carpet back up — it traps moisture.
Do not mix bleach into sewage or Category 3 water. Ventilate if you can without spreading contamination.
Photograph standing water, ceilings, and serial numbers on damaged appliances before we extract.
Call your insurance carrier after you call us. We will take the joint inspection.
