Perry Restoration is a family-owned and operated shop in Highland — not a call center, not a national franchise. We started in 2014 after too many Salt Lake Valley homeowners got a delayed crew and a rebuild that did not match the dry-out. We dispatch from Venice Drive. The people who answer the phone still run jobs.

Treating your house like it's our own means we take care of it the way we would take care of ours. We try to save what can be saved. We replace what is actually damaged. We contain the loss so dry rooms, floors, and furniture stay covered and closed off — dust and grit stay in the work area, not on the sofa, not down the hall. Crews work the job, not the living room.

We guide you through the whole process. Insurance jobs: we handle the file end to end — moisture logs, dry logs, photos, the joint inspection, whatever the carrier asks for. If you are paying yourself, you get fair, transparent pricing before we start. We are IICRC certified — WRT and ASD. Water jobs follow ANSI/IICRC S500. Licensed with Utah DOPL (#14302394-5501), general liability and workers’ compensation on every job. Water and mold, residential and commercial. We do not do fire, smoke, or board-ups.
